[Dx4win] Identifying new band-countries

I asked the same question. I would like the needed QSO'S auto flagged to
submit for any Country/Band/Zone not confirmed.
Barry what are the steps to import CT QSO's into DX4?
I did it one yr, but didn't have any "NEW" ones so I have paper log and
backup disk. Tnx
