[Dx4win] Callbook error

I recently had to reinstall DX4WIN version 5.03.  I also installed a newer
copy of the Radio Amateur Callbook, Summer 2001. When I perform lookups
using F3 I receive the following error:

 

Flying Horse Error: -4

 

I copied the entire callbook to my hard drive and am pointing to it in the
erternal data section of DX4WIN. I am not certain why it isn't working
because I also use YPLog from time to time and it does access the call book
correctly using the same setup. Any ideas?
