Maybe you have trouble getting a response because your attitude 
sucks.  Version 4 is outdated.  In any event, database maintenance is a 
user function and fully explained in the manual.  RTFM and enter the new 
countries yourself.

Sorry but"you owe me" attitudes such as yours P*** me off.
