Just wanted to echo Phil's comments - I also use WIN2000PRO and rarely have
to reboot.  I also use Dimension 4 on 4 PCs - Mine is set to check time
every 6 hrs.  It is one of those things that simply always works in the
background without problems so you can forget about it.
