[Dx4win] Re UTC time offset!

Thank you to all that replied!!!  I originally didn't bother to check my
internal pc clock as I always boot up and use Dimension 4 to get the
proper time.  Now that I am using Win2000-Pro with a small home network
I almost NEVER need to reboot as my PC runs stable as can be for 24/7
for days at a time, and Dimension 4 is set up to check only on start-up
and had not alerted me to the problem!  Seems my clock time was correct
but my calendar was somehow set to June 29, 2002, which threw off the
UTC offset!!!!!   Some of you were very astute to notice this!  Again
thanks to all.

P.S.  Next week their will be a pop quiz on my newest Dx4WIN goof! Heck,
I've only been using it for three or four years!   :)
