[Dx4win] Packet cluster drops out with XP

Since installing Windows XP Professional (full install), I have noticed
that my Packet DX cluster seems to work ok for period of time and then
it seems to stop receiving packet spots via the VHF packet system.  I
did not suspect the problem was related to XP until I noticed other
DX4WIN's users have mentioned this problem.
 
Would someone be kind enough to enlighten me regarding use of DX4WIN
with XP.  Everything else (radio interface, rotator control, etc) seems
to work great.  The packet cluster not continuing to work seems to be
the only problem.  If this is a XP/DX4WIN problem, how did I fix it?
