Yes it's quite possible to change any country data.
You want File | Databases | Country.
It's been a while but I think you select a prefix and have at it.
I strongly suggest you backup
dx4win\save\dx4win.cty.
In fact, why not backup the entire dx4win\save subdirectory while you are at it.
Just make a dx4win\save.bak and copy all the files to it.

Under Acrobat 5 which I just looked at, you can export the document to a text file.

For example, under Linux awk and sed would probably be able to convert it to CSV.
If it's beyond your capability to do this (it's beyone _mine_) then I suggest you hire someone
to do the job for you. Maybe a computer science student.
