[DX] Malyj Vysotskij I.

I sent this question to the ARRL about a week ago but have received no
response.   Does anybody have any info ?

I thought I read that Malyj Vysotskij I.  (R1/M) was going to be deleted as
a DXCC entity later this year?

I may be mistaken,  but thought I'd ask.
