[DX] stamp hint

Because 'Forever' stamps are rather nondescript and similar to 'current 
rate' stamps.
and
Knowing that a qsl manager (myself included) may speed through the postage 
exam, I place a small postit note just under the stamp saying"
"This is a 'Forever' stamp"
"No additional poster ever needed"

So far I've not gotten any back where the manager didn't notice.
