[DX] stamp hint

The problem with Forever Stamps is that the DX Manager or Buro handler will
often take the attitude of "why take a chance?" and attach additional First
Class postage anyway.

I've had a bunch of SASE's (at least a dozen) that I sent out with Forever
Stamps come back that way -- SASE's sent both before and after the last
postage rate hike.

Kinda defeats the whole purpose, doesn't it?

If you send envelopes to the bureau consider Forever stamps from the USPS.
They cost .42 cents but are good even if postage rises. That way the bureau
handler doesn't have to add 1 cent stamps when it changes. A win/win
