[DX] New versus Old IRC's

I have a few questions about these.  I have 3 different types:

1.  C22 in upper right corner, old small size, no expiration date.
2.  CN01 in upper right corner, old small size, no expiration date.
3.  CN01 in upper right corner, new large size expire 31.12.2006.

1.  Does anyone actually know why some expeditions are
accepting only the latter?  Are some post offices no longer
accepting the smaller size?

2.  What is the going market value for #1 and #2?  I have a bunch
I am planning to take to my post office to exchange for $0.80 cent
stamps, so they must be worth at least that amount.

3.  Does anyone want any #1/#2 before I exchange them for stamps?
Please reply directly and make an offer if you are interested.  I have
about 70 available.
