  To information of all people who worked the pirate yesterday who used 
A45WD's call here's a mail from the original callsign holder.
The pirate was QRV between 2000-2100z on 10107.6 kc.

Axel,
Sorry, but this was a pirate using my call on 30 m band. This band is not
licensed yet... And as you said, I should  have worked split if the pile-up
built-up. I am interested to know how he was operating:QRQ, or moderate
rate? Was he using standard messages (I am using TR's standard messages,
with 599 report sent at 10% increased speed), or just Call 5NN...?
I checked the cluster this morning only and I saw that I was spotted once...
All QSL's for this band will be returned.
I am trying very hard to get an operation on 30 m approved, but it is going
very slow.
