[DX] Does anyone still run barefoot?

I couldn't help but notice your comment about getting tired of repeating your call for hours on end.  As a SERIOUS QRP DXer (QRP DXCC 323 + 8BDXCC), I bide my time, waiting until all the BIG GUNS get out of the way.  No sense in beating one's head against a wall !  ST0RY will be there for 3 weeks.  I expect by the third week, most people will be tired of hearing them.

Regarding station parameters, GOOD antennas go a long way towards making up for the lack of an amplifier (and an amplifier goes a LONG way towards making up for lesser antennas !)

FWIW, I've worked ST0RY barefoot on 6 bands CW (using only dipoles on 30, 17, and 12M) with QRP contacts just last night on 20 and 40M CW.
