[DX] Hamscope 1.53

Hi All,

I have been trying to get on the digi modes using hamscope 1.53 and my =
Sony Vaio laptop. In trying to make an interface to key up the 850S, I =
find that I have a constant 6.73 volts at my RTS (7) and DTR (4) to SG =
(5) when I measure at the 9 pin connector. I have set hamscope to COM1, =
as my device manager indicates that is my com port. Besides, I have only =
a printer port and 1 com port on the laptop. For whatever it is worth, I =
have tried setting Hamscope to all comports with no luck! I have not =
bothered to wire up the switching transistor as I don't see any point in =
doing so as long as I see no change in the voltage at the DTR and the =
RTS pins.  =20

Any help would make you guys happy, as I would then be on PSK, RTTY and =
whatever else hamscope supports! BTW, I have even tried digipan with the =
same results.=20

What say guys?!
