[DX] rtty like signals on 30 meters

There's one about 113 that I hear frequently very wide shift, high baud
rate.
I'm pretty sure that when 30 was opened to amateurs, it was on a 'shared'
basis.
Previous commercial/military users retained their authority to use the
frequency.
At least that's the way I remember it here in the states.
I saw a German Software program, that could decode most of the many modes
used by commercial or military systems.
It could decode them, but as most were encrypted, it couldn't decipher them
of course.
