[DX] Master List of DXCC unaccredited operations?

However, it seems like a simple compilation of DX operations that HAVE been
accredited for DXCC (not doing a list of those which have NOT been), would
avoid any potential liability problem, since this information is now
publicly available anyway, in piecemeal form, case by case, in existing ARRL
communications. It would just be a helpful summary, a reference for DXers,
of existing ARRL statements.
