[DX] RE: [dx-list] last 2 and CW

Glad to hear this because I hate listening to it in
pileups. There is nothing more annoying that someone
shouting the same last two phonetics over and over.
If I was a DX station (maybe someday) I would
purposely not answer anyone who did not give me their
full call-and let it become common knowledge that last
two callers would not be answered. Maybe if more dx
stations take this attitude, we can end this senseless
scourge on DXing.
