[DX] RE: [dx-list] last 2 and CW

MOST Contesters and knowledgable DX stations
HATE the "Last 2" practice.
It requires an extra exchance for EVERY such QSO
and requires some additional manipulating to get back
to the starting point when using computer logging.
It's no wonder that 9K2ZZ (and others) don't log
such incomplete calls. BRAVO !
