[DX] Logging Program

Do not know where to start, but am looking for the easiest logging
program. All it has to do is Station worked, date,time,report, mode,
band and possibly comments. Be able to print out log entry on
address type label to affix to card.  Am a two finger typist and do
not need a long drawn out program.

Any suggestions?
