[DX] It's OUT! - ARRL policy statement on eQSL / DXCC

Hey Ron,

As I read it, the eQSL system does not have to be compatible with the LOTW.  What eQSL needs to do, based on how I read it...is to act as a QSL manager, in essentially the same manner the 'old' QSL managers do..

I'm not sure that is a tweak however.  And without the $1 per QSO fee, there may have been a loss of incentive to do that.

In some respects, that is too bad.  I could see how the system could work....for me....but it has a ways to go before I'm signing on.
