Use an ANC-4 noise canceller.
They are designed to keep man-made noise OUT of the receiver!! [by
creating a 180 degree phase shift of the noise signal and then adding
the shifted signal to the signal on the antenna.
I use one and they work great. Right now I have an S-6 noise level from
power lines totally suppressed by the ANC-4.
