[DX] Incoming QSL bureau experiences

One suggestion, sign your email with your callsign. That way, maybe someone can figure out what is going on. For example, your letter manager may read this reflector, and maybe able to sort it out for you. Better yet, as others have suggested, contact your bureau directly.
Frankly, I see a lot of 'why doesn't KU9C answer my email, send me my cards, etc.'. If there is no call...I IGNORE it. If there is a call....I try to help. I assume those without calls are often throwing grenades into the outhouse.
