Patience, gang! I have about the same number of QSOs to deal with that Garth does, with PW0T. I can tell you it takes time. I'm assuming Garth has other things to do besides answer cards. BE THANKFUL that he's doing the job....its thankless for the most part, and every question to Garth takes time from his chores answering YOUR qsl.
