Hello Terry,
P5SLIM will never fly at eQSL until the P5SLIM ham radio license
image is sent - and - validated.
This is what eQSL refers to as the Authenticity Guarantee..

We all know it is possible for folks to cheat at whatever they
do...even CEO's at Enron. However this whole issue centers around a
"hobby award". IMHO there is way too much emphasis placed on "absolute
security" when such a thing does not exist anywhere in the human race
for anything.

Moreover when there is a simple and easy way to resolve many other
important issues about DX'ing, like pilfered mail, no-good DX ops that
are in it for the $$$ only, etc...it seems high-time the ARRL would
defer to the course of most benefit to their dues-paying members and
unsaddle them from some of these burdens...

But as was emailed to me today from the ARRL...these burdens in their
judgment are a big to-do over a paltry 36 cent stamp. That is their
assessment of the issues facing active DXers today....
