[DX] eQSL cards - NOW ACCEPTED - for DXCC

   I sure don't see what all the fuss is about....

  It has been abundantly clear and posted on the eQSL site since early
on 08-Feb-2002 that eQSL confirmations are acceptable for DXCC "if" they
are processed through the eQSL card printing service.

  Now..no one is forcing anybody to do anything..however I have seen
many more posts to the affect that this new acceptance is a good thing
and is something they plan to take advantage of right away.  It saves
time, money, frustration and is acceptable by the ARRL right now.

  It is progress and IMHO a long overdue step in the right direction.
