[DX] US SASE postage increase

I would just like to second Steve's timely note. Good advice
and much appreciated. Pass along the suggestion to your
fellow DXers that might not have internet access...a club
meeting would be a good place for reminders too. Thanks
to those who have already sent "unattached" 3 centers..
they are going into the "postage jar".
