[DX] US SASE postage increase

At the risk of beating a dead horse, let me call to all US amateurs attention, when sending a SASE to a US MANAGER, start putting an extra 3 cents worth of stamps in the SASE.

IDEALLY, you'd place the 3 cent stamp in the SASE, but not on the SASE.  Thus, in the event your SASE is filled and sent to you before the increase, the manager can put it to good use (or buy a 3 cent cup of java) rather than donate it to the postal system.

But, remember, its HIGHLY likely that your SASE WILL NOT be filled.  You know the postage is going up.  Start sending the right SASE.

For those that have sent them recently,  THANK YOU.  I frankly expect to have PW0T out by that time, but if there is a problem with your QSL request, I'll have the postage covered.

This is not as much about the 3 cents as it is the pain to put the stamps on YOUR SASE.    And trust me, the 3 cents, either way isn't going to change my lifestyle, but the pain in the butt that it causes will slow me down, hence your QSL request will be slowed as well.
