I remember I had problem to get a card from A43HI but finally I got it 
after almost 10 years.

I tried via A43XA with 2$ at 12/12/2005 no success

via qslservice at 21/09/2010 no success

Finally it worked direct at 10-Jun-2013 with an IRC inside.

The qsl mentions an email roars at omantel.net.om

and the address is
