[Dx-qsl] 3A2MA QSL info ?

Sadly it appears that 3A2MA joins a long list of rare amateurs (to use the latter word loosely) where one always seems to have a great difficultly in getting a QSO confirmed.

I once spoke (directly at the Dayton Hamfest to one of the most wanted ‘calls’ of that era, a sensationally reliable QSLer despite his rareness, who was in NO DOUBT that any ham who had a difficult QSLing path had so because he/she deliberately
wanted it that way.     

Sadly, some things never change!
