[Dx-qsl] 3A2MA QSL info ?

Good Evening,

          I worked 3A2MA last year and would like to get a card. I rec'd a
email from Jean Marie that even though he is being pirated I am indeed in
the log. My response was I will send a paper QSL.

          I tried the QRZ page and that address did not work. I then tried
34, Av, Hector Otto, 98000 Monaco, Monaco to no avail. I got that back
today. 

          I tried emailing to get the address but get no response. 

          Anybody out there have a valid address I can send it to? Any help
appreciated and GL in 2022.
