Hello AL: See the below informations. K4MZU is listed as the QSL 
Manager, but some bulletins say "only 1996" . It is very possible he can 
update for you.

KC4AAF     (K-new) - Upstream Charlie Base
Is just starting up with novice operator Sara, maybe sometime before ready
to start with non-phone-patch contacts.

KC4_ant- KC4AAF at Upstream Charlie [425DXN 294]  will be QRT on or 
about  25
      January. Hopes to have amplifiers and a better antenna next season.
      Sarah is the Camp Leader and hopes to return as well.
