ZD9ZS was rejected for lack of documentation on my recent DXCC application. ZD9XF, who was part of this 2-man DXpedition, is good. Is this a case of ZD9ZS thinking that getting a call accepted for LotW also gets it accepted for DXCC? Steve, K6UM
