[Dx-qsl] US QSL bureau question

Thanks for the info - so that means that the Card will go to the W6 incoming bureau
and then forwarded to him - no matter if he not lives in the W6 area.

 when I checked the call in QRZ.com. Will the card even reach him (of course he must be a ARRL member etc.).?    
 I think NC belongs not to the W6 bureau.
