[Dx-qsl] BURO ZRS

[N3XX]

There's nothing wrong with sending through the ARRL outgoing bureau.  The 
only reason to send direct to the bureau of the station you worked is so he 
will receive it sooner, and you might get a quicker turn around on the qsl 
card coming back to you.
