It is also a shame when a DX op asks for a sum of 2-4 GS for a card and does not return a card for months or longer.Is mail theft a reality for 25%+ lf the letters sent from the US?  And I am not talking about former CIS/USSR states.I now send as many as I can from EU when I am there.  And that is getting poor results since last April.AlN6TA
