Not counting any sent in the last year my "reply rates" are:

Foreign: 89.2%

USA: 89.3%

OQRS: 99%  (one not returned out of 100)

Not trying to hijack your thread Ron but it got me wondering...  I was 
expecting a better number for domestic replies. If you discount the 
possibilities of mail theft and the additional opportunity for loss due to 
distance I'd say it looks like I get a better return rate from overseas ops.
