[Dx-qsl] VK9MT on LoTW

He Is right on  1 thing...that guy from EP that wants 10.00 plus an IRC can keep on keeping on. I will do without EP before sending him that kind of money. Nobody is making you send it. As far as raising money, the only way IS thru donations. The ham community is so spread out, anything other than donations, or maybe help from the big dx clubs..ie. INDEXa and others is all they have. Heard may very well never happen.

So Danny how would you raise the cash for Heard?
Everybody so far has told me that raising money is bad.   I'm waiting for
somebody to tell me how to raise $400,000
