Well said Murray. I agree that complaining (especially about the skill level 
of the DX Op; when did his lack thereof give me the right to be an ignorant 
spectrum hog?) will not change the situation. Education and peer pressure 
used to work in days past, I see no reason to think it wouldn't work again 
if we have the guts to Elmer the uneducated and call out the offensive.
