Luckily we have a postal system that is somewhat functional, but if you go down to mail a registered letter to Iran you will be shocked!  It is $12.95 plus postage for one letter!  I worked the EP3 on Rtty but will not send for the card.

The most horrific was HA150GG last weekend who had the nerve to demand $8 for a special QSL because that is what they want for the card, no song and dance about expensive mail, they just plain and simple want cash.  Needless to say no bureau cards! That's a supposedly civilized country.

I am liking Clublog more and more every day.  Buzz N5UR

SO maybe he doesn't need/want a Mgr. for personal reasons...
