[Dx-qsl] Chinese Station-No LOTW, No Direct.

A new ham friend (KJ4DOO) asked me a question.  He just got some QSLs and is excited to be now getting cards back for himself for QSOs.

He just worked a china station and asked about a QSL.

The station replied "No LOTW, No Direct."

Anyone heard that response?

Do they have a QSL bureau?

I asked him for the call sign.

I will be back with that(call) in case no one responds here.
