Ernie, sorry to say, I worked several /MM's in the 0 call division. ALL
were EL0/MM. EL licenses are normally EL/ if issued at all. I have only
worked one of those in 20 years since most time they have been issued EL#xx
calls.
I've looked at several databases with no luck for the EL0.
