[Dx-qsl] EL0/DL7UXX

A friend of mine has only one contact with EL Liberia - with EL0/DL7UXX, on 3 August, 2003, at 0634 UTC, on 20 metres phone.

I cannot find an email address for the operator in the usual places, so am asking here.

There is a feeling that this station was actually operating maritime mobile at the time.

Can anyone offer any advice - or whether the call was good for DXCC?

Any help would be most appreciated.
