[Dx-qsl] Fwd: W3HNK Marks 50 Years of Service

Congrats to Joe !!!  I can't EVEN come close to the numbers of QSL's he's 
generated over the years, but he was always one that I wanted to emulate in 
my own 15 year stint as manager for Dave Heil's African assignments.

When I think/hear of W3HNK QSL activities, it's always with  a guaranteed 
positive outcome.  There are certainly other "big league" managers also, and 
my kudos to them also for giving me a model to strive to duplicate.

Congrats Joe ...  thanks to all my other mentors also!!!
