In the 'QSL business' Joe is the one any manager should look to to see 'best in class'.   I remember the Michael Jordan commercials (dating myself a bit) where the challenge was to  'Be like Mike'.   As a QSL manager, I've always tried hard to 'Be like Joe!'.   He's the best
