[Dx-qsl] lotw

My upload was almost 9 days ago, and a duplicate after they posted that you 
should resend any log uploaded before a certain date if it wasn't showing. 
My Field Checked QSL's took much longer than this to show, and a LOT more 
inconvenient to get processed.  If they can do it in 3 weeks on LOTW, I 
think we're still ahead....

It's a good program and saves a bunch of time, but I think at some point to 
handle the gizillions of QSO's being uploaded a COST will have to be levied 
for every 100, 1000, 10000, etc...QSO's being uploaded.  Servers aren't 
cheap !

Lets see what happens....
