[Dx-qsl] Courtesy wait period for QSL?

 From my spreadsheet with 25+ years of QSL data:

For non-DXpedition stations, 80% of the QSLs are answered within 90 days.

For small DXpeditions, 75% of the QSLs are answered within 120 days.

For major DXpeditions 0% of the QSLs are answered within 90 days; all 
are answered within 365 days.
