[Dx-qsl] US Postal System - Beware of the NIXIE

I think thats more of a French thing - I have had several envelopes 
returned from French Overseas Territories etc  stating in-correct 
address.   I remember going through CDG airport in Paris and trying to 
buy Duty Free Perfume for my wife whilst en-route to Guadeloupe and was 
told that I was not entitled to Duty Free to Guadeloupe as its classes 
as part of France and thus an internal flight!!!!
