Recently someone asked for advice on using GS or IRC to Afghanistan.
I have never received any such data for inclusion in the GS/IRC web
site. http://www.qsl.net/w9ol/IRC_Chart.htm

I asked Eric, K9GY/T6MO if he had any experience with YA postal system
and GS/IRC's in YA land.

I'm reprinting his reply below.

/Hello Bill

If you know who the YA station they worked then let me know.
I doubt there are many (if any) native T6 hams on the air.

That said I would say if it is a native T6 not to even bother
sending either a GS or IRC. The best bet is to work a non-native
T6 (which there are quite a few now) and get the confirmation
through ARRL LoTW.

It's also possible that they just didn't look up the QSL route
to determine that it's a non-Afghan QSL address...

Hope that helps.

73, Eric T6MO/
