[Dx-qsl] ZL9HR & QORS Question

It's available right now. I just used it.
Go to the ZL9HR Website...
select Log
fill in your callsign
Underneath the table of your QSOs is a "Request QSL" button
Hit that and follow prompts, *carefully* reading all the info before 
moving on thro' the next steps!
