[Dx-qsl] ZL9HR & QORS Question

http://www.campbell2012.com/index.php/qsl-info  says "Online QSL Request
System (OQRS) will be available for direct and  bureau QSL requests".  But
it does not say when. I check every day or so to see if it is on line. Give
them time to set it up.
